Stanford Law School students are invited to this two-part program. Attend either or both programs to listen and learn from Stanford faculty and practicing attorneys advising startups.

Startup 101 — A crash course on emerging companies and venture capital (ECVC) for founders taught by two Stanford Law School Professors.

Startup-Attorney Workshop — Founders will get to ask practicing attorneys legal questions for FREE in one-on-one sessions while small groups of Stanford Law students observe. Attorneys from a range of practice areas will be participating, including ECVC/corporate, IP/Patent, Immigration, Tech Transactions/Licensing, Employment, etc.
