Harvard Law Professor Richard Lazarus will discuss his new book which details both the recent and not-as-recent history of environmental law making. Topics include: Congress dropping out of environmental lawmaking in the early twenty-first century; the shifting role of the judiciary; long-overdue efforts to provide environmental justice to disadvantaged communities; and the destabilization of environmental law that has resulted from the election of Presidents with dramatically clashing environmental policies.
Lunch will be served to those who RSVP at this link: https://forms.gle/b48sompRtVrboRro8
