- This event has passed.
Stanford’s Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance is co-hosting a one-day symposium at Dartmouth to mark the 35th anniversary of the accident at the Three Mile Island nuclear facility. The Dartmouth co-hosts are the Thayer School of Engineering and the John Sloan Dickey Center for International Understanding.
In lectures and panel discussions, a range of experts from across government, industry, and academe, some of whom were involved in President Carter's Commission on the Accident at Three Mile Island (led by Dartmouth's 13th President John Kemeny), will review and discuss the past, present, and future of nuclear energy nationally and internationally.
