Geralyn Ritter, JD ’93, is Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability at Organon & Co., a women’s healthcare company she joined after many years as a senior executive at Merck. However, her career – and her entire life – changed in an instant during the 2015 Amtrak derailment. Unexpected to live, Geralyn endured years of physical and emotional recovery. A passionate advocate and speaker on resilience and personal growth, she shares her story of finding a path back to joy after loss.
