The AI X Culture Summit 2025 will bring practitioners, researchers, and technologists together to create new visions and strategies for Human-AI work teams. The Summit is invite-only. Please read more here and also write if you are interested in attending.
Our focus this year will be on medical, legal, and financial domains. We will work on Change Management, Culture Transformation, and human-AI team Design for thriving, innovative workplaces.
What are the roadblocks to successful, thriving human-AI teams? How do we design human-AI teams that address challenges such as deskilling, division of work, empathy, and trust? We will explore these with case studies, theories, and design work to identify new strategies and solutions.
