ILS Lunch Talk w/ Dr. Yehuda Blum – Yugoslavia’s Membership in UN in the 1990s

Dr. Yehuda Bloom, Hersch Lauterpacht Professor of International Law at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, will address “Yugoslavia’s membership in the United Nations in the 1990s, in the light of the judgments of the International Court of Justice” on February 22, 2008 at 12:30. The event is open to members of the Stanford Law School community. Lunch will be provided.

Dr. Blum was Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Israel to the United Nations, New York, 1978-84; Member of Israeli negotiating team on peace treaty with Egypt (Camp David, February 1979; Blair House, March 1979); and, Member of Israeli legal team, Taba Arbitration (Israel-Egypt).
