Join OutLAW for a discussion with Utkarsh Saxena, a queer lawyer and development economist at the helm of LGBTQ+ marriage equality movement in India. He was the main petitioner before the Supreme Court of India and personally appeared in the hearings. In October 2023, the Supreme Court unfortunately did not legalize gay marriage, but Mr. Saxena is currently petitioning for a review of the judgment.
