  • This event is archived.

We will walk the talk: first, meet at the Crocker garden, and walk to an on-campus place (e.g., CoHo or Ray’s Grill) for the lunch.  Seats are limited to 20, and please RSVP.

Please join China Law and Policy Association to have a lunch conversation with Dr. Wei Zhou, JD 98.  While a student at Stanford Law School, he joined the pioneering genomic technology start-up Affymetrix (now NASDAQ: AFFX) where a generation of future industry leaders and scientists were inspired to change the world for the better through genomics. At Affymetrix, he was a vice president of intellectual property and advanced technology until 2008. He was also credited with building Affymetrix’ rapidly growing China business. After Affymetrix, he joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a partner and later served as a senior advisor at Covington and Burling. Currently, he is Founder, President and CEO of Centrillion Tech, a genomic technology company developing the next generation technology platform for life sciences and medical diagnostics.  He is also the President and CEO of Molecular Vision Laboratory, a clinical genomic laboratory focusing on vision diagnostics using latest genomic technologies.
