I am the Inaugural Fellow & Lecturer in Law & Business at Vanderbilt University School of Law and a former Assistant Professor in Corporate Law and Governance at IE University, Madrid.  I am Research Associate at the European Banking Institute. I completed my Ph.D. in Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem as part of the Research Fellows Honors Program under the supervision of Prof. Eyal Zamir. I am completing another doctoral project in Business Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, focusing on ownership and governance strategies of new ventures (startups and scale-ups) under Prof. Hans van Oosterhout’s supervision.  I developed the pluralist view of corporate law and governance and published my research in prominent law journals in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Israel, such as the University of Illinois Law Review, Harvard Law and Policy Review, American Journal of Comparative Law, Stanford Law and Policy Review, Canadian Journal of Law and Jurisprudence, Legal Studies, Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal, Cardozo International and Comparative Law Review, Brooklyn Journal of International Law, and the Hebrew University Law Journal. I joined the TTLF as a TTLF Affiliate in 2024.
