Olabisi Clinton is a Senior Commercial Counsel at Google where she negotiates strategic business and technology agreements and advises Google’s global leadership on corporate strategy and risk management.

Before joining Google, Olabisi was a corporate and securities Associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, where she negotiated private placements of securities, mergers & acquisitions, and initial public offerings. Olabisi was a judicial law clerk for The Honorable William A. Ingram, United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

She is a graduate of UCLA and Harvard Law School.
