Summary

US International Trade Commission member F Scott Kieff will deliver a keynote to kick off GCR Live IP & Antitrust California – the first GCR Live intellectual property-focused event to take place in the world’s tech capital.

Baker Botts partner James Kress and Stanford University professor Stephen Haber will co-chair the one-day event on 25 May, which is set to tackle the issues facing enforcers, companies and their counsel in the increasingly complex IP and antitrust landscape.

Speakers will include Mark Lemley, the director of Stanford University’s law, science and technology programme; University of Southern California Gould School of Law professor Jonathan Barnett; and Kayvan Noroozi at Noroozi in Santa Monica.
