“Ghost guns are built for crime and are the fastest growing gun safety problem in the country,” Shanin Specter and Jack O’Neill of Kline & Specter PC, representing the Wamahs, said in a statement Thursday. “They are per se unlawful as, among other things, they don’t have serial numbers. The alleged conduct of the gun defendants here is grotesque and warrants both significant compensation to the Wamah family and significant damages to punish.”
