Professor John Donohue spoke with Bloomberg News about the Supreme Court’s ruling in Abramski v. United States. 

“It’s very important in the following sense, had the case gone the way Scalia and the 4 members of the minority of wanted it would have essentially gutted one of the core elements of federal gun control which is designed to keep guns getting into to the hands of criminals and mentally ill.”
