“These people, by their own sense that they’re already super human,” says Hank Greely, a professor of law at Stanford who wrote the book “The End of Sex and the Future of Human Reproduction”. “They were super babies and they’re now super people. And blessings of their superiority should be enhanced. And, frankly, you know, I’m willing to send all of their children to Mars.”

“You can not edit genes for intelligence. You split one gene and it could be catastrophic,” Greely said. “We are just not there yet and won’t be for at least a hundred years.”
