Monique Candiff (’21) and Tara Ohrtman (’21), in partnership with the Center for Reproductive Rights, researched the international human rights case law related to gender discrimination claims that may be used to challenge the harsh application of laws criminalizing abortions and miscarriages, and implicating other reproductive justice issues, such as access to information and health services.
