Leveraging Existing Policy Frameworks for Clean Energy Finance

From securitizing energy efficiency retrofits to leveraging federal procurement, from unlocking capital in charitable foundations and pension funds to harnessing cheaper mechanisms to finance renewable-energy projects, the center is developing a suite of projects that could deliver cleaner and more-secure energy in less time and at less cost. Led by Dan Reicher, this group of projects will tap the input of policy, finance and industry leaders to advance new pathways to increase capital flow to clean energy.
