Andrew Moore (’19) and Amanda McCaffery (’20) liaised with the Center for Constitutional Rights to produce blogs and research materials related to the Silber et al. v. Airbnb, Inc. case – the first time that Palestinians claimed violations by Israeli Settlers in a United States court. The students also interviewed Human Rights Watch Director for Israel and Palestine, Omar Shakir (SLS ’13 and Human Rights Clinic Alum) a human rights activist who is being subject to deportation proceedings in Israel.
