The Rhode Center on the Legal Profession offers input to the Administrative Conference of the United States on nonlawyer assistance and representation in federal agency proceedings. In this comment, we express our support for expanding access to nonlawyer assistance in administrative proceedings. This is a crucial step towards making legal services more accessible for all.
