Morgan Lewis, in collaboration with the International Senior Lawyers Project (ISLP) undertook an Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) research project in the EU and UK. On their behalf, Morgan Lewis responded to ESG and capital markets-related questions in the EU. Morgan Lewis also advised on some related French Supreme Court decisions and on next envisaged steps. ISLP is developing this research with the purpose of increasing the knowledge of ESG legal issues among its NGO partners.
