Cooley is working on an exciting new project this year doing a California nonprofit formation and tax-exemption application for a new organization focused on increasing access to solar energy. By providing educational materials to the public and helping to demystify the regulations that apply to alternative energy, the new organization is working to enhance sustainable, environmentally-friendly energy and to create a community of solar supporters, users, and advocates in California.
