Lianne Labossiere Worden is Chief of Staff and Counsel to the Chief Legal Officer at Coinbase, a cryptocurrency company. She recently transitioned to Coinbase after several years with Walmart in Global Ethics & Compliance, including most recently as Senior Director, Governance & Strategy. Prior to joining Walmart, Lianne advised companies on developing best-in-class compliance programs at TRACE International and practiced law at Paul Hastings law firm in Washington, D.C., where she conducted FCPA internal investigations and counseled companies on anti-corruption compliance program enhancements. Lianne is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Yale University. She resides in Bentonville, Arkansas with her husband and two sons.
