Daniel Lubetzky, JD ’93, Joins Season 11 Of ABC’s Shark Tank
Daniel Lubetzky, the successful businessman, philanthropist, and founder and CEO of the healthy snack company KIND LLC, was a guest judge on Shark Tank. During the 2019 season 11 premiere of ABC network’s multi-Emmy Award-winning entrepreneurial-themed reality show, Lubetzky appeared for the first time and stole a deal away from Shark Tank legend Mark Cuban. Lubetzky is a guest judge on the show for this season, listening to pitches from entrepreneurs seeking investors to help build their companies.
In 2003, Lubetzky launched KIND Snacks as a healthy alternative to the many unhealthy snacking options available. Earlier in his career, he received a Haas Koshland Fellowship, researching and writing legislature on Arab and Israeli joint ventures. At this time, he developed the foundation for PeaceWorks Inc., which Lubetzky founded with the goal of pursuing peace and profit. In 2017, he started Feed the Truth, a nonprofit seeking to improve the public health system through integrity and transparency.
