At the second annual Complex Litigation Ethics Conference in October 2023, Deborah Hensler, Judge John W. Ford Professor of Dispute Resolution, won an award for Excellence in Ethics in Complex Litigation. The award is given to professors and others who have demonstrated excellence in promoting ethics in class actions or other complex litigation. The conference was co-hosted by UC Law San Francisco. SL
