William Gould, Charles A. Beardsley Professor of Law, Emeritus, received the Presidents’ Distinguished Achievement Award from the University of Rhode Island on October 14, 2017. This award is given to those who have brought distinction through “professional achievements, outstanding leadership, community service, and philanthropic support.”
