Goldstein Inducted into IP Hall of Fame and Named Advisor for ALI Restatement of Copyright

Paul Goldstein, Stella W. and Ira S. Lillick Professor of Law, was inducted into the IP Hall of Fame this year. The IP Hall of Fame was established by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) to honor those who have made outstanding contributions to the development of today’s intellectual property system. Goldstein was also chosen as an advisor for the American Law Institute’s Restatement of Copyright. Goldstein, author of a four-volume treatise on U.S. copyright law and a one-volume treatise on international copyright law, is a globally recognized expert on intellectual property law as well as a prize-winning author of legal fiction.
