Directorship magazine praised Grundfest’s founding of Stanford Law School’s executive education program, his work as a commissioner with the Securities and Exchange Commission under both Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush, and his service on President Reagan’s Council of Economic Advisers and on the board of directors for database company Oracle. And Siciliano received high praise from the publication with this recognition: “Though a couple of decades younger than many of his scholarly peers, Siciliano has carved a name for himself in both academic and management fields, gaining a reputation as a top-notch governance consultant and trainer.”
