Daniel Ho, William Benjamin Scott and Luna M. Scott Professor of Law, was appointed faculty associate director for the newly launched Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence, which is embracing a multidisciplinary approach to AI development using a “human-centered approach.” Ho is also the founding director of the Regulation, Evaluation and Governance Lab (RegLab) at Stanford, which partners with government agencies to design and evaluate programs, policies, and technologies that modernize governance.
