Honigsberg Appointed SEC Advisor; Article Selected for Top 10
, associate professor of law, has been appointed to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Investor Advisory Committee, which serves to advise the SEC on issues related to securities regulation and investor protection. Additionally, an article she co-authored, “The Changing Landscape of Auditors’ Liability” in the Journal of Law and Economics v. 63 no. 2, has been selected as one of the Top 10 Corporate and Securities Articles of 2021 by the Corporate Practice Commentator.
