Colleen Honigsberg was promoted to associate professor this past year. Honigsberg’s recent papers have examined gaps in the regulatory environment for financial advisers, the effect of usury laws on credit availability, and the incentive structure for auditors. Prior to joining the faculty in 2016, Honigsberg received her PhD from Columbia Business School and her JD from Columbia Law School.
