A PORTRAIT OF Professor Michael W. McConnell, a former judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, was unveiled in a September ceremony at the Byron White U.S. Courthouse in Denver. McConnell, now the Richard and Frances Mallery Professor of Law and director of the Constitutional Law Center at Stanford, served on the Tenth Circuit from 2002 to 2009. Previously, he held chaired professorships at the University of Chicago and the University of Utah.
