Mark Lemley Receives IP Awards

Mark Lemley (BA ’88), William H. Neukom Professor of Law and the director of the Stanford Program in Law, Science & Technology, received several awards recently for his scholarship relating to IP and antitrust law. The ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law named him the 2024 Mark T. Banner Honoree, an award that honors “stars of intellectual property law who have risen to the top of the profession.” Along with UC Law San Francisco professor Robin Feldman, JD ’89, Lemley also received the 2023 American Antitrust Institute’s Jerry S. Cohen Memorial Fund Writing Award for the Best Antitrust Article, “Atomistic Antitrust,” published in the William & Mary Law Review. SL
