Janet Martinez, senior lecturer, director of Stanford’s Gould Negotiation and Mediation Program, and co-director of the Gould Alternative Dispute Resolution Research Initiative, received the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center’s (SVAMC) Outstanding Contribution to Technology Dispute Resolution Award.
