Michael McConnell, Richard and Frances Mallery Professor of Law and the director of the Constitutional Law Center, received the Rex E. Lee Award from the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. The award is presented annually to one of the country’s most outstanding advocates, whose life and legal practice reflect the values exemplified by Rex E. Lee, a former U.S. solicitor general and university president and founding dean of the law school at Brigham Young University
