O’Connell Receives Scholarship Award
, Adelbert H. Sweet Professor of Law, was awarded the 2021American Bar Association (ABA) Administrative Law Section’s Annual Scholarship Award, which honors the best work published in the field of administrative law during 2020. She was recognized for her paper, “Actings,” which examines open questions about acting government officials through empirical, legal, and normative frameworks. This is O’Connell’s third time receiving this award.
