Professor Pam Karlan, co-director of the Stanford Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, served on a panel titled Supreme Court Review as part of the 2023 Aspen Ideas Festival. The panelists discussed the Court’s rulings and explored what recent ethics controversies might mean for ongoing debates about the Court’s legitimacy.
