Howard R. Williams, Robert E. Paradise Professor of Natural Resources Law, Emeritus, celebrated his 90th birthday in September with faculty, staff, and friends. A luncheon and party were held in his honor at the Manning Faculty Lounge. Williams joined the law school faculty in 1963 and retired in 1985.
