The annual We Robot conference on law and robotics was back at Stanford Law School in April, with some of the country’s most innovative academics, lawyers, policymakers, roboticists, economists, ethicists, and entrepreneurs on campus to discuss critical issues in the fields of robotics, AI, law, and policy. Launched in 2012, the annual gathering provides an opportunity for robot/AI designers and producers to meet and collaborate with the people who design and influence the legal and social structures in which this new and quickly developing technology operates.
