April
- Attend the Fall On-Campus Interviews (OCI) Orientation.
May
- Meet with an OCS advisor (in person, or by Zoom).
June
- Focus on exams.
- Register for the OCI List Serve.
- Research employers in preparation for bidding on OCI firms.
- Update resume and have it reviewed by an OCS advisor.
- Get great experience and develop a writing sample.
- Keep detailed information on your work assignments – you’ll need the information both to discuss what you did when interviewing, and for conflict checks later.
July
- Start ranking the employers you want to bid on and have an advisor review your bid list.
- Place bids by bidding deadline.
- Make an appointment with a search firm recruiter (also known as "headhunters") to get insight on the firms in your market of interest.
- Apply to resume collect and direct application firms.
- Prepare for OCI and interviewing.
August
- Participate in mock interviews with OCS advisors right before OCI.
- Participate in fall OCI.
- Do callback interviews.
- If you haven’t heard from firms or are worried, speak with an OCS advisor.
- Turn down any callbacks/offers you don't want.
September
- Turn down any offers you don’t want.

Fall 2022 OCI will be held this year from Monday, August 8 – Friday, August 12, 2022 and will be virtual.
