Our client missed over three months of her freshman year due to mental health issues, and upon returning to school she faced bullying and punitive disciplinary measures which worsened her school avoidance.

Through our advocacy with the school district and client counseling, we helped her family seek an alternative school placement where she could adequately access her education in a setting that supported her learning and recovery.
