Welcome to the new SLS Veterans Law blog! This will be a location to learn more about veterans law activities at SLS and to share commentary and analysis from our students, alumni, and faculty.

We recently welcomed nine veterans to Stanford as part of the SLS class of 2018 (5% of the class), which raises our total veteran population to twenty-nine students.  Our student veterans hail from the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines, as well as the Israeli Defense Force.

Last year was an extremely productive year in the veterans law community at SLS, and we’re excited about the next steps! Stay tuned here for updates about pro bono legal services offered by SLS students as well as research and policy initiatives in support of the veterans community.
