CodeX Book Club, Chapter 8: The Trouble With Lawyers

Stanford Law Professor Deborah Rhode, a frequent speaker at CodeX, has a new book, The Trouble with Lawyers (Oxford University Press). In two Bloomberg BNA Big Law Business videos by Josh Block, she discusses the “tyranny of the billable hour,” and lack of diversity, and argues that the profession needs to change how it operates.
• 1: Big Law and the ‘No Life’ Problem.
• 2: On diversity
IMHO, our CodeX work will help achieve these goals!
