The Lightstreams Network is a blockchain network that allows a file to be attached to be privately and confidentiality stored with a smart contract. It has a protocol that allows one or more parties that are designated as the owner(s) of the smart contract to give consent to others in order to access confidential information. Michael will present remotely.  Update: Michael will not be able to attend this week.  

 

 

Tunji Williams, Co-Founder & CEO, and Alex Nordholm, Co-Founder & Head of Product, dealWIP.

DealWIP is a cloud-based workflow collaboration platform for corporate transactional and securities attorneys. The platform’s core functionality includes git-style document collaboration and version control and an automated signature collection tool. Tunji and Alex will present from the Stanford Law School.

 

CodeX Affiliated Faculty Kenneth A. Younge, Ph.D., Associate Professor in Technology and Innovation Strategy at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).

Prof. Young will update us on his recent venture, the Patent Research Foundation (PRF). PRF is an early stage company whose AI proximity analysis helps corporations and law firms monitor the technology space, forecast the value of patents to make renewal decisions, or simply search the space for prior art. Ken will present from the Stanford Law School.
