Michael Esquivel, Partner, Corporate, Mountain View: Mr. Esquivel provides strategic counseling to emerging and high-growth companies primarily in the digital health, consumer and enterprise tech, social networking, software and cloud computing industries. He has prior experience as general counsel of a venture-backed healthcare IT company. Michael advises clients on all aspects of general corporate and securities law — from formation and corporate governance responsibilities, to equity incentives and employment issues, to intellectual property and commercial transactions.

Stefano Quintini, Partner, Technology Transactions, Mountain View: Mr. Quintini focuses his practice on structuring and negotiating complex technology deals, such as collaboration and license agreements, joint ventures and strategic alliances across multiple industries, with a focus on therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices, as well as data-driven businesses. He has represented companies in the data analytics, health tech platforms, cost transparency tools, EMRs and telehealth spaces.
