Biography
Alexandros Kazimirov is an attorney admitted to practice in California. He studied civil law in Cyprus and Athens (Greece), has received an LL.M. from Berkeley Law School with a concentration in Securities Regulation and a Certificate in Regulatory & Antitrust Law from Cornell Law School. During his studies, he clerked at the Court of Justice of the European Union. He serves on the Intellectual Property Committee of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association and the Securities Litigation Section of the San Francisco Bar Association. His research examines the approach taken by the Securities and Exchange Commission to regulate digital asset markets compared to the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation. Alexandros is currently an active service-member in uniform serving on an overseas deployment in the Eastern Mediterranean. He has been a TTLF Fellow since September 2023.
