Fall OCI - 2L & 3L Recruiting

If you’re interested in a firm job, our fall On-Campus Interviewing Program (OCI) is an extraordinary opportunity for you, and one in which we strongly encourage you to participate. During fall OCI, which takes place in August/September each year, over 200 employers representing more than 500 offices visit the Stanford campus to recruit 2Ls and 3Ls. Interviews are assigned by lottery, so all students have equal opportunity to market themselves to employers. All interviews take place in the law school and surrounding buildings, during both the day and early evening.

Tuesday, July 26 Manual sign-ups, cancellations, and waitlist review begins

Spring OCI - 1L Recruiting

Our spring On-Campus Interviewing Program is focused primarily on 1L recruiting and takes place mid-late January. While a much smaller program, it is also more likely to include government and public interest organizations, as spring recruiting is more synchronized with their hiring practices. All interviews take place in the law school and surrounding buildings during the afternoon and early evening.
