John Nay

Biography
John Nay is an A.I. researcher and the co-founder and CEO of an A.I. technology company, Brooklyn Artificial Intelligence Research (Skopos Labs, Inc.), which owns the investment management firm, Brooklyn Investment Group (https://bkln.com). As a Ph.D. student at Vanderbilt University, he conducted research funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation and the U.S. Office of Naval Research. His dissertation was “A Machine Learning Approach to Modeling Dynamic Decision-Making in Strategic Interactions and Prediction Markets.” After Vanderbilt, John was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at NYU, funded by Microsoft Corporation. As an Adjunct Professor, he created the first A.I. course at the NYU School of Law. John has published research on A.I., finance, law, policy, economics, and climate change.
