Stanford’s Internal Deadline

For study abroad during academic year 2027–2028, the deadline for submitting your Foreign Study Petition with the Foreign Exchange Program Committee, after securing approval of your SLS faculty advisor, is February 26, 2027.

Deadlines for Partner Schools

Each law school with which Stanford has a foreign study arrangement has its own application deadline. Please check with the prospective partner school or the Stanford Law School program advisors for information about those deadlines.

• Esade Law School – TBD for Fall 2027; for Fall 2026 the application deadline was May 22, 2026.
• Hebrew University – TBD for Fall 2027; for Fall 2026 the application deadline was in April 2026.
• Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris – TBD for Fall 2027; for Fall 2026 the application deadline was April 7, 2026.
