In 2026, Franke Fellows accompanied Stanford Law School faculty on a 3-week Field Study Trip to Asia. The 2026 cohort of Franke Fellows explored, amongst other topics, corporate governance and litigation in Tokyo, learned about arbitration and state-owned enterprises in Singapore, and explored trade dynamics and regulation in Shanghai and Shenzhen. Learning exercises included meetings, roundtable discussions, case studies and negotiation exercises with regulators, general counsels, lawyers and law students.
