Jon Gavenman is a partner in the Cooley Business department and a member of the Emerging Companies and Securities Regulation practice groups. He joined the Firm in 2008 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.

Mr. Gavenman represents a wide range of companies from start-ups to public companies in the software, semiconductor, telecommunications and internet-related industries. His practice focuses on securities, and merger and acquisition transactions, as well as advising companies on general corporate, securities matters and implications of proposed business transactions.

Sepideh Mousakhani is an associate in the Emerging Companies practice group and a member of the Cooley Business department. She joined the Firm in 2013 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.

Ms. Mousakhani practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging growth and public companies, as well as venture capital funds.
