Ralph M. Pais chairs the Technology Transactions practice (part of the Intellectual Property group) at Fenwick & West. He has extensive experience counseling clients at all stages of their growth in the commercialization of their intellectual property and associated business transactions. He has helped develop model agreements and negotiated complex licensing, distribution, and other commercial agreements for software, SaaS, media, semiconductor, life science, and medical device companies. In addition, Mr. Pais works on the intellectual property aspects of significant corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions and spin outs.
